Stay was great, the host was very proactive in their communication, and check in was a breeze. I found the location to be EXTREMELY convenient to grocery, shopping, restaurants and more. I had an even in near by Little Elm and it was easy to travel back and forth. I Would stay here again in the future given the event to be an annual race.

This was a nice little stay! The house is nice and cozy. The area is peaceful and walkable to coffee, restaurants, and a park.
The water pressure is amazing, and it’s nice that the house has a garage!
My only minor notes for potential guests are: 1) the beds are quite a firm foam and 2) the WiFi is pretty good, but if you’re working from home, your Zoom calls might lag from time to time (no issues doing things like watching Netflix).

Jenn was so flexible and accommodating about weather impacting our trip initially. Her place is quaint, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay. It is close to shopping and all kinds of activity but removed enough to feel very quiet. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay in Frisco while bringing our family down to scope out a possible move to the area. The house was in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see, easy to get around, and ideal for getting a real feel for the community.
The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a family stay. Everything was exactly as described, and it made the trip smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better base while exploring the area and spending time together.

They stay was great! Jen was very flexible with our request during our stay. Jen also checked in on us during the stay to make sure we were having a great experience. The only thing was the room with the bunkbeds didn’t seem to cool during the night. I’m not sure if we had to adjust a different thermostat but other than thank we had a great experience.

Very beautiful home, my family and I had a wonderful weekend getaway. We enjoyed the view from the balcony to the beach. The beach was a very short distance from the house. The pictures are very accurate, my children and nieces had plenty of space sharing the bunk beds. We loved the decorations and the designs they had. I would say this was a very good spot to enjoy the private beach. The host communicated throughout the entire stay. I would definitely come back if I decide to visit again.

Last family summer trip and we could not have picked a better place! Our kids were in love with Jenn's place and all the cute turtles. The home was clean and had everything that you could possibly need on a vacation. I would highly recommend Jenn's place 1000%.
